Customer Service
Lyla is our primary customer service contact. Customers have come to know her on a first name basis and have grown confident she understands their needs and will make sure their orders are processed properly.

Matt is our lead graphic artist. If your order contains a color logo or other color graphics, then no doubt you will be in contact with Matt at one time or another. Matt has been at QuickTrophy nearly since our beginnings.

Production
Joey is in charge of our production team. Every order is different and varies widely from a single name tag to an order of 30 sand carved crystal awards. Joey oversees each order to make sure they are produced as you need them. He knows how each order should be expertly packed to minimize the chance of any damage occurring during shipping.
